Seeking additional GREAT team members to add to our already GREAT team!

We are an online retailer in business since 1997. We sell strictly online and ship our orders from our warehouse located in Tampa, FL (near US 301 and SR 60).

We offer a casual work environment, paid holidays, paid time off and benefits to our permanent/full time staff. Eligibility requires a 90-day waiting period and full-time employment is required.

We are high volume during our peak season (Sept/Oct); however, off season we operate as a smaller company. That means all team members need to be able to work comfortably in both office and warehouse environments. This also promotes cross training, leading to long term employment possibilities and advancement. We are a growing company and we do prefer promoting from within.

All of our positions are unique and will be well trained to do the job, however, we would be particularly interested in speaking to individuals with any of the following experiences and skill sets:

• Logistics/Shipping
• Leadership
• Warehousing
• HR/payroll/Recruiting
• Accounting assistant
• Customer Service
• Marketing or sales

All candidates MUST possess the following in order to be considered for a permanent/full time position:
1) Be at least 18 years old and possess high school diploma or equivalent;
2) Be drug free;
3) Have a clean background (some backgrounds are accepted be honest on your application please);
3) Be comfortable using computers and smart phones;
4) Have reliable transportation to and from work;
5) Be dependable and a team player;
6) Be a positive minded individual with a good attitude;
7) Be comfortable in groups and leading a group;
8) Able to work weekends as needed (typically only during peak season);
9) Comfortable working in both office and warehouse environments.

CURRENT OPENINGS INCLUDE (All pay ranges are dependent on experience and abilities):

Logistics (Pay $12.00 to start):
– Route incoming shipments via Freight (through broker) or UPS
– Enter incoming dates, shipment details, inventory items/quantities in ONOS
– Track shipments, file traces/claims as necessary
– Assist with the incheck process by counting inventory and inspecting for damages
– Assist with picking & packing as needed during season
– Train temps during peak season to pick/pack as needed

Warehouse Helpers (Pay range $10.00 to start):
– Pick outgoing orders
– Pack outgoing orders and sort by carrier
– Assist with “can’t finds”
– Assist with the incheck process by counting inventory and inspecting for damages
– Train temps during peak season to pick/pack
– Assist with picking & packing as needed during season

Warehouse Admin (Pay range $12.00 to start):
– Review hours weekly for missed breaks and clock in/out times for warehouse staff
– Maintain warehouse employee and temp profiles in QB and ONOS
– Maintain warehouse staff user access in ONOS (set abilities)
– Assist with warehouse recruiting as needed
– Communicate staff needs with temp agency during peak season
– Submit weekly timecards to temp agency during peak season
– Assist with picking & packing as needed during season
– Train temps during peak season to pick/pack as needed

Accounting assistant (Pay range $12.00 to $14.00 hourly):
– Review hours weekly for missed breaks and clock in/out times for staff
– Maintain employee and temp profiles in QB and ONOS
– Maintain user access in ONOS (set abilities)
– Assist with recruiting as needed
– Submit weekly timecards to temp agency during peak season
– Assist with returns & customer service as needed during peak season
– Assist with picking & packing as needed during season

Customer Service/Claims assistant (Pay range $11.00 to $12.00 hourly):
– Answer incoming calls. Provide customer assistance or open tickets to the correct department.
– Review incoming emails. Provide customer assistance or open tickets to the correct department.
– Track outgoing customer shipments daily and follow up on lost/late packages
– Assist customers with lost packages
– Open and track claims with USPS and UPS
– Review and follow up on negative feedback daily (open tickets to defect for problem items)
– Assist with returns & customer service as needed during peak season
– Assist with picking & packing as needed during season

Products Assistant (Pay range $11.00 to $13.00 hourly):
– Administrative set up and maintenance of all products
– Assign and update attributes as needed
– Create and maintain keywords
– Oversee image upload
– Oversee listing of products on various selling venues
– Appeal intellectual property complaints
– Some creative writing required
