Part-time, Seasonal, Entry-level

Imagine a part-time job that doesn’t involve customer service, retail, or fast-food. Combine this with a casual work environment where you can wear jeans every day, plug in your headphones, and get in your zone. If this sounds attractive to you, consider trying out for a position as a Video Traffic Counter!

Quality Counts, LLC is presenting a unique entry-level experience for those who can demonstrate a very particular set of skills. Welcome to the Video Reduction Center, a department that’s responsible for converting traffic video into reliable data. How do we do this? By carefully viewing footage of intersections and using a special keypad to classify and count vehicles by turn movement – faster than real time, and always with accuracy!

Before we get into the details…

No, we don’t control the traffic lights.

No, we aren’t watching live video feeds.

And no, we aren’t issuing people traffic tickets.

Now that we’ve answered your burning questions, we’ve got one for you:

Do you have what it takes to pass the test count?

We add a healthy dose of friendly competition by posting a list of top ranked counters on the front door each month. Video gamers, athletes, and musicians are highly encouraged to apply!
