Description

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for an array of functions that may include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse. Responsible for working with automated machines to fulfill and track the orders. Supports warehouse operations by counting inventorying and maintaining the organization and cleanness of the warehouse.

Duties/responsibilities:
• Filling customer orders according to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Using computer hardware and software to generate labels and maintain equipment
• Using manual and electric pallet jacket as needed
• Responsible for picking up goods/receiving goods
• Responsible security of products
• Receiving goods and add properly in PR+ system
• Store new products in order
• Making shipping boxes properly as needed
• Responsible for all shipments go to carrier before pick-up time
• Ensuring that products processed for shipping are delegated to correct courier
• Performing daily and weekly warehouse cleaning
• Maintaining and organizing adequate shipping supplies
• Arranging finished products using our guidelines
• Performing weekly/monthly inventory checks

Education and experience:
• 2+ years previous experience in shipping, logistics, distribution or other related fields
• Experience operating forklift or electric pallet jack is a plus
• Experience working with corporate tax returns is preferred

Physical requirements:
• Prolonged periods standing, lifting and bending.
• Must be able to stand on your feet 80% of the shift
• Be able to lift 25lb to 60lb on a daily basis
