Description

We are Farm To People, a farmer’s market delivery service specializing in sourcing quality farm fresh products and delivering to doors across NYC! Our mission is to provide customers with fresh, local groceries while taking care of our farmers and employees in the process. We are currently hiring for warehouse associates at our new location in Bushwick!

Our warehouse functions as a logistical middleman between the farms we source from and the customers who receive our amazing products. Our associates are responsible for receiving deliveries, picking customized orders for customers, and packing them for our drivers. We open our doors at 5am and close around 5pm. Staff call times vary but we are in most need of employees on the weekends and early mornings. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to: receiving deliveries, stocking shelves, picking and prepping produce, and packing orders into our boxes. We currently operate 7 days a week and deliver Sunday-Friday. The current shifts we are offering are from 5am-1pm or (Mon-Fri) 6am-2pm (Sun-Friday). Rates start at 15$/hr for the first two weeks trial period then 17$/hr after that.

If you are a driven individual who has a positive attitude, are able to work on your feet for 8-10hrs and maintain a passion for providing quality products to amazing customers than this position is for you!

My name is Andrew Waldron and I’m the proud warehouse manager of this tight-knit and inclusive team. I absolutely love the community we’ve created so please reach out to me with why you think you’d be a great fit and attach your resume! I will get back to you as soon as possible and schedule a phone interview.
