PRIMARY FUNCTIONS
The main objective of this position is to fulfill customer orders by cutting or shearing material to size, complete receiving and shipping paperwork, load and unload incoming outgoing trucks, maintain an organized inventory, conduct regular inventory counts, maintain a clean safe organized work environment.

This position may require on occasion delivery or pickup of material from suppliers and customers. This secondary requirement includes safely and courteously picking up materials from suppliers and deliver orders to our Customers.

JOB FUNCTIONS
• GED or high school diploma required.
• Must speak English.
• Drug free.
• Some experience with machines such as a table saw, band saw, or shear is preferred.
• Experience in a machine shop or fabrication shop is a bonus.
• Must be a lawful resident of the United States eligible for employment.
• Handle material such as metal bars and sheet metal.
• Requires lifting and or utilizing a lift truck to safely lift and manage material
• Be able to carry a minimum of 75 pounds.
• Prepare customer orders based on material and size.
• Must be able to do math and utilize measuring tools such as a tape measure, caliper, and micrometer.
• Must be able to operate or be trainable on a metal band saw and metal shear.
• Must be able to operate or be trainable on a forklift.
• Prepare material for shipment by truck, courier or customer pickup.
• Provide proper basic maintenance of equipment and keep work area clean and safe for customers and other employees.
• Receive, identify and stock incoming materials as per Receiving Procedures.
• Clean driving record required for:
• Pick up materials at suppliers when needed.
• Deliver materials to customers when needed.
• Perform other duties as directed by Store Manager/Sr. Customer Service Rep.
