SUMMARY
The job of Assistant Manager/Shift Leader is to oversee the day-today operation and supervision of store operations, subject to direction or revision of manner of operations by Restaurant Manager. We will rely on you to provide outstanding customer service, while professionally and promptly addressing customer concerns or issues.

We are a multi-unit operator and there will be plenty of opportunities to grow within the organization if you are the right person.

PAY
$500-$600 per week (plus bonuses)

Experience:

MINIMUM of two years Restaurant management experience in fast food/quick service restaurant environment

Background Check is REQUIRED

Experience with the following are essential:

*Follow food safety procedures according to company policies and health/sanitation regulations
*Inventory and general cost control practices
*Basic restaurant opening and closing procedures
*Familiarity with fryers and basic restaurant equipment
*Proper food packing and presentation
*Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
