Winnie’s is a new concept opening in midtown in early September. It is a bar going in to the former Natachee’s space on the same block as Double Trouble and the Continental Club.
We are focusing on fun, craft cocktails, and a food menu of creative sandwiches and bar snacks. We are expecting busy lunch crowds as well as plenty of to go food and catering opportunities for businesses downtown.

We are a new company, founded by owners with decades of experience in the bar and restaurant field, and we are looking for talented individuals to join our team and grow with us. We are well aware of the unique challenges presented when working in a high speed and at times high stress environment. One of our biggest goals is to ensure that everyone feels like they are part of the team, and empowered and supported to do their job to the best of their ability. There is a job to do, but we make sure to not take ourselves too seriously, and have fun along the way.

Ideal candidates should have

2 years of experience cooking in a fast paced professional setting
A Texas Food Handler’s Certification
Open Availability
A desire to learn
A positive attitude
The ability to lift 50 lbs
Respect for your coworkers
Reliable transportation
