Harlem based Wood burning oven Pizza Restaurant hiring pizza men or women.
– Candidates must have experience opening dough by hand, topping, cooking in wood burning oven.
– Understand the fundamentals of making dough, doing prep during the day.
– Be able to work as part of a small team, must be a team player, be able to work in a fast pace environment during peak hours.
– Must have NYC DOH Food handlers license
