3 Sons Brewing is looking for an experienced Wood Fire Oven Pizza/Line cook.

A passion for high quality ingredients

Ability to kick it in to third gear when you are in the weeds, yet still maintain proper execution of dishes

Full-time availability a must.

Prepare and/or cook a variety of foods for direct to consumer as directed to include meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, sauces, breads and other food products using a variety of cooking equipment and utensils and methods.

Maintain a safe and clean cooking environment and complete culinary duties, as directed.

Other Requirements

Minimum of two years of high volume restaurant experience
Minimum of one year experience on Wood Fired Oven a must
Must have reliable transportation and be dependable
Able to stand for long periods of time and lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
Common knowledge of sanitation.
ServeSafe or Food Handlers Certification
Ability to wear PPE for entire shift (facial covering and gloves)
Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Knowledge of craft beer and brewing is a plus
