CallCore Media is growing and we are looking for our next Call Center Representative to add to our financial assistance campaign. This is a full time position and is 100% remote! Must reside in the US.

We offer a base hourly rate plus generous performance-based bonus.

Hours of operation (Eastern Standard Time):
Monday – Thursday 9:30 am – 6:00 pm
Friday 9:30 am – 5:30 pm

Our Call Center Representatives:
-Listen to the clients’ needs and act on them in real time
-Clearly communicate products descriptions and accurately record qualifying questions
-Manage incoming and Outgoing calls from new and existing clients as well as making outgoing cold to hot calls to develop new business.
