Last room available in duplex apartment in East Williamsburg/Bushwick, located 1 block from the Flushing J/M train, which is a short 15min subway ride to Manhattan! Looking for someone to move in asap!

About the roommates:
Steven (me): 30 and I work at my own startup, and I have a small black pug (who mainly stays downstairs)
Julian: 28, and is a photographer and designer.

About the Apartment:
It is a 3bed 2 bath duplex – 2br upstairs, 1br downstairs. The available room is upstairs, so you will only share the bathroom (which is big) with 1 other person. There’s:
– Washer and dryer *IN* the apartment!
– The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances
– The apartment has centralized AC/heating on each floor,
– Very fast internet
– If you have a car, there is convenient street parking!

About the room:
There is 1 room left, on the upstairs floor of the apartment, and is furnished with a queen size bed, closet, nightstand, with room for more furniture.

About the Area:
The neighborhood is really convenient, everything you need is within a short walk’s distance. There’s a 24/7 Planet fitness literally just around the corner, cozy bars and restaurants, several grocery store options (a new supermarket that’s a block away, and a Food Bazaar and a health food store about 7-10 min walk away), and a Walgreens 2 blocks away

-You are respectful of common space and pay rent on time
-Income 30x monthly rent
-Short & long term leases are both okay!
-First month’s rent + Security deposit
-Utilities are $100/person per month

Please reply to this post to schedule a time to come see the apartment or for more information!
