Hi,

From August 1st- I am renting a room in my two bedrooms apt located on 101st street and off Lexington ave. 2 blocks to the metro and 5mins walk to central park. Great and safe area, I have been living here for over 11 years now..

The room has a double size bed, desk, closet, mirror, and AC ready to be used. The entire apt is furnished.
I keep it as clean as I can and we would take turns to help and maintain it the best we can.

I am male, 30s, artistic with a busy schedule.
Please be kind, respectful and drama free. I am an easy-going dude..
