Looking to fill a room (or potentially two rooms ) in my awesome Hell’s Kitchen apt on 52/9. In the heart of absolutely everything . Steps to Times Square and Central Park , and of course all public transit . Laundry in the building , only one flight of stairs , and two awesome roomates . (3 bedroom apt) .I’m in the arts , and the other male Roomate is in property management. He’s moving out . Very spacious and quiet apartment which faces a lovely courtyard . A true dining room and right off of the night life on 9th Avenue , but not directly , so it’s very quiet . Tell us a bit about yourself . Open to short or long term
