The place is less than a block away from the Union R train stop in Park Slope. It’s close to Whole Foods and two other grocery stores, an organic deli, gyms, and popular bars. The room is available starting September 1st for a year lease.
I’ve lived in NYC for 10 years and have been in Park Slope for 5. I just took a covid test and have medical records that prove I am clean. I’m an NYU alumni and when the city isn’t on lockdown, I work for a post-production company, night shift. Because of the hours you probably won’t see me much. I’m low key, responsible, and clean.
