About the apartment: 2nd floor apt on grand street and rodney.
The apartment is fairly big. It a common space with a projector lots of plants with good vibes and lots of art i have collected over the years, good vibles. The bedroom is large and has 2 large windows. the terrace is accessable via the window inthe room and only you wold have access to it. It can fit a queen size bed and desk. It doesn’t have a closet, though there is a wardrobe and i have shelves ect should you so wish to use. The bedroom will be empty except for the dresser and a small bedisde with draw (im fine with ditching if needed. It’s a nice place
oh and it has a New washer and drier

Utilities run $50-$90/month, depending mostly on a/c use.

About the neighborhood: It’s a block and a half from the L train and across the street from a Citibike station. Three buses stop at this intersection. Laundry is in the apt but should u want there are laundry services scattered all around . . There are 4 grocery stores within 4 blocks, and a lot of restaurants if you prefer that way of getting food.

About me: 35 creative professional that travels a lot, i am pretty chill and have an accent. Ive been living in Brooklyn for 16 years, ny is my home.

About you: Looking for someone who is generally respectful and courteous. Last roomate i had was kinda a slob and i cant really do that again as it was draining to clean his mess after returning from a work trip..

If you’re interested, write me an email telling me about yourself. I’ll try to set up some meetings soon, since the room is currently empty. I’m happy to have you look at place with masks/ppe i am looking to fill soon as possible as last person ditched.
