Description

Hello! My name is Margaret, and for the last few years I’ve been renting out my spare residence to travelers on a recurring basis.

Right now it’s been harder to find people who are interested in staying in someone else’s home, even if nobody else is occupying that space at the same time – but if you are interested in finding a space in Dallas for you and/or your family to stay for work, for a staycation, or what have you – I’d love to discuss how to make it work for you.

Apartment bungalow is within walking distance to nightlife, shopping, restaurants, grocery/convenience stores, and coffee shops on Knox/Henderson and Lower Greenville. Centrally located, our place is good for business travelers and anyone visiting Dallas!

Take a 2-minute walk to the bus stop, which will take you into the city center or north to shopping/movies at Mockingbird Station, SMU and the Bush Presidential Library.

I have the place thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between travelers, and it is often empty for several days in a row if that makes you feel more secure. There are also cleaning supplies that stay in the residence so you can keep your things clean all the time.

I’ve had a few people stay in the space since the outbreak and everyone has gone home healthy and stayed healthy, so the measures appear to be working – but if you’re interested, I’d love to find out more about what else I could be doing to guarantee the space I’m offering would feel safe to travelers like yourself!

The price listed is the price for Monday to Friday – but the more nights you stay, the less you’ll pay per night.
