Description

Hi! I am a 39 year old professional who is looking for a friendly, responsible, non-smoking, neat and pet-friendly person to share a spacious, bright apt in an amazing luxury building. You will have a large bedroom with a wall of closet space in the room (and additional space throughout the apt), and share a good-sized living area, updated granite kitchen and marble bathroom. There is currently a white, IKEA storage bed (full size), shelves, dresser, desk/chair and a few lamps in the room, if you need any/all of this. If not, I will take anything out that you do not want.
The building has a gorgeous health club (for a nominal fee) with a pool, gym, weight room, sauna, steam room, fitness classes and more! There are 2 enormous outside roof decks with lounge chairs, a beautiful indoor lounge with WiFi, coffee/tea machine, and other comfy seating areas (all on about the 40th floor, so the views are spectacular). Building has 24 hour doormen, package room, laundry rooms, dry cleaning and a 24 hour Rite Aid. There is also Dunkin Donuts, TD Bank, and a pet store and vet in the building. There are also nice outside seating areas as well on the grounds of the building.
Building is next to the Q train and a block from the 6. It is near many major hospitals, such as Metropolitan, Mt. Sinai, HSS, Sloan-Kettering, New York Presbyterian, and more.
My apt is on the 2nd floor, has a lovely treetop view and there is a school across the street so it’s low (doesn’t block your view) and quiet. There are elevators in the building, of course.
Can’t wait to show you this awesome building and to meet you!! 🙂 Chloe
