We are looking for a proactive person with proven experience as a customer service representative in the food service sector and someone with extremely good interpersonal skills.

The ideal candidate must be a self-starter and a fast learner. We need someone with great sales tools, knowledge of NYC’s restaurant and hospitality sectors and a passionate person about organic agriculture.

We are a high service organic food distributor. This is a 40 hours per week position, early hours are required and the employee will have to flexible in terms of her/his schedule.

Bilingual Spanish is also required for this position.

Some of the tasks related to this position are:

Answer phones and take orders.
Receive email and one line orders from customers.
Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell current customers.
Coordinate tasks with other coworkers.
