-Applicants must have their own basic hand tools and whites, clean and presentable.
-Must have own transportation
-Strong experience with commercial buildings minimum 5 yrs is a preferred qualification
-All employees are required to be available to work days, nights and weekends, willing to travel.
– US residents legal to work, drug free, and background check, Bilingual its Preferred.
-Must drive Boom lift, and use of swing stages, certifications are a PLUS!
-Work Interior/ Exterior of commercial jobs only.
-Plaster skill for drywall and stucco it’s a PLUS!
– Room to grow in the company, previous experience as foreman or supervisor a plus.
Now Hiring Structural Concrete, Finishing Concrete/Stucco Techs needed for projects located in Miami. A minimum of 2 years concrete finishing experience is required. Bilingual required.

The following duties are typical for this position. These are not to be construed as exclusive or all-inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned.

Job Duties:
• Cut, fit, and assemble lumber and plywood, and other materials to be used as concrete forms
• Measure accurately and mark precise cutting lines on materials, using ruler, pencil, chalk, and marking gauge
• Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment
• Verify trueness of structure, set grade, etc.
• Shape or cut materials to specified measurements, using hand tools, or power tools
• Read specifications, blueprints, sketches, building plans, and form drawings to prepare project layout and determine dimensions and materials required
• Remove damaged or defective parts or sections of structures and repair or replace, using hand tools
• Select and quantify lumber and other required materials
• Coordinate with other crew members to perform tasks at hand
• Fabricate and install concrete reinforcing bars
• Place and finish concrete
• Maintain a clean, organized work area
• Assist with scheduling and coordination of materials, labor and equipment relating to the work area
• Must be comfortable working from scaffolding
• Must work cooperatively with other employees and have a good positive attitude.
• Must be punctual. Further, this means that you must be ready to work when your shift starts
