Roofing company looking for an ORGANIZED, CONFIDENT, MULTITASKING Entry level assistant.
To start; you will be answering BUSY phones, scheduling appointments and recording data via “JOBBER” Software. FOLLOW UP skills will be ESSENTIAL. The PERFECT candidate would be willing to learn and take on new tasks as needed, be able to adapt to last minute changes WITHOUT being thrown off track, able AND wanting to learn and grow in an office atmosphere. This is NOT an opportunity to waste if you are not serious about seeking an office assistant or higher career. This IS a perfect position for an entry level or mid level assistant to learn and grow while working. You will be working directly with the Office Manager and slowly learning and taking on tasks such as permitting, project management, purchasing, conflict resolution etc…
Prefer someone who has some Microsoft Office experience and can and will take direction while learning.
Our Company is fairly new but has tripled in size in 3 years and has an opportunity for another MASSIVE growth spurt with the right staff. We are family orientated, relaxed office attire and office is small but “cozy”. We are developing compensation packages and hope to pass our rewards on to our staff once we have the “right” one in place. Candidate MUST understand that this is a roofing company and NOT a prestigious fortune 500 so although the atmosphere may be less than “perfect” the output from Office Staff MUST BE.
