A $1.6 billion dollar credit union in the Norcross area is currently looking for an Asset Recovery Specialist II-VISA with consumer collection experience. Individual must meet satisfactory background check to include credit history, criminal history and verification of employment.
Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of this position include collecting and controlling past due loans, and VISA portfolio, return items, repossessions and loans with multiple additions of CPI. Support and contribute to the success of the department by providing effective and efficient member services through commitment to the company’s core values: Integrity, Excellence, Service, Trust, Accountability, Commitment and Teamwork
Qualifications:
• Minimum 2-3 year of consumer collection experience preferred
• Understanding of quality customer service and the relationship to collection efforts
• Must be very organized, detailed oriented and have excellent balancing skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Understanding of loan products and services
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite
• Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus
