Experienced Full Time Clerical available immediately for Premier Ft. Lauderdale Toyota Dealership.

One of South Florida’s leading Toyota dealerships is looking for a Full-Time, 5 days a week, Contract Desk Clerk. Must be a team player and have excellent verbal, written and organizational skills. Reynolds & Reynolds and Excel proficient is a must.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Package and overnight Paper Contracts.
• Package e-contracts
• Issue Payoff
• Record ACH’s
• Reconcile Deposit and Contract Schedules
• Maintain and provide daily CIT and Deal Tracking
