Essential duties:
– Willing to work 3AM-11AM shift
– Bake bagels as needed for store
– Assist kitchen with preparation of all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
– Follow recipes and presentation specifications
– Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently
– Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
– Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
– Restock items as needed throughout the shift
– Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
– Serve Safe certificate a plus
Requirements:
– Must be able and willing to work flexible shifts. Weekend availability is
required
– Be on time to work
– Have a good work ethic
– Previous experience in a bagel, deli or fast casual environment preferred but
not required
