Nordic Bakery and Coffee House – Hollywood – Florida

Nordic Bakery & Coffee House in Hollywood is looking for driven, personable, energetic and hard working people to add to our team of skilled baristas, cashiers, and promotion/sales team.

The ideal candidate has barista experience or at least experience in the food industry, is motivated, and committed to providing outstanding customer service every day. The candidate has to be outgoing and enjoy talking to customers everyday.

Qualifications

Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers
Be outgoing and enjoy approaching people in order to increase sales
Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about coffee, tea, and drink preparation and products
Prepare and serve beverage and food items with consistent quality standards
Has experience as a barista or in the coffee/food service/hospitality industry
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers, both verbally and written
Being in a general good physical shape, able to stand up for hours, lift boxes, run back and forth between the store and the storage/bakery as needed.
General math and written communication skills in English.
Ability to work a flexible schedule and cover extra shifts if necessary
