Spanish Speaking Customer Service Reps Needed!!!
Job will start on Tuesday 6/9/2020 and must apply immediately for on-boarding process.
Associates will take inbound calls and give information for Spanish-speaking callers that need help finding resources in their city. Associates will give information and also provide answers for the questions that may arise during conversation. All associates are trained prior to starting.
1.You MUST speak Spanish.
2. You must live in the US.
3. Must have a desktop or laptop that is supported by Windows.
4. You must have Ethernet connection, WiFi will not work.
5. You must have a headset that connects to your computer via USB cable.
(2 slots) Monday & Thursday 12PM – 8PM & Friday – Sunday, 4PM – 12PM = 40 hours p/wk.
(4 slots) Tuesday & Thursday, Saturday & Sunday 8AM – 6:30PM = 40 hours p/wk.
(6 slots) Monday & Thursday, Sunday 9AM – 5PM = 40 hours p/wk.
(3 slots) Tuesday – Thursday and Saturday – Sunday, 10AM – 6PM = 40 hours p/wk.
We do provide you with a system scan test that needs to be done on your computer to make sure your computer is compatible with our client.
