Responsibilities Include:

– Work in a high performance team to deliver an advanced level of quality and service in all daily activities
– Data entry and verification with accuracy
– Communicate with potential and existing customers statewide in an effective and professional manner
– Place outbound calls to warm leads from our media outlets
– Arrange a free in-home consultation on one of our eco-friendly home improvement projects

Required Education and Experience:

– Bilingual skills in both English and Spanish- a must
– Experience in marketing, phone sales, or retention- preferred
– Ability to work from home with a Windows-based PC if needed
– Strong work ethic
– Ability to work independently, take initiative and solve issues
– Must be computer savvy
