We are small Custom Apparel shop that specializes in screenprinting and embroidery.
We are looking for a Receptionist/ Sales Associate to join our team!

Requirements:
*Comfortable working hands on with clients
*Upbeat friendly attitude
*well organized person and be able to take on multiple task
*Dependable, Reliable & Punctual
*Have some common sense!

*Preferred but not mandatory.
– some Customer service experience or experience working with customers.
– Bilingual speaker in Spanish and Chinese.
– Fluent with Adobe Illustrator (If not we will train you)

Duties:
– Picking up phone calls, Handling clients needs and concerns
– Setting/confirming client appointments
– Building rapport and relationships with clients
– Quoting / processing orders
– Place purchase orders for goods, merchandise and supplies
– Check, sort and forwarding emails
– Creating mock ups/ spec sheets for approval from client

Pay: 17+ Hourly
Frequency: Weekly
