We’re a massively growing e-commerce company that has a store front. We are looking for a rock star customer service rep that can charm the pants off our customers.
Based in Dallas, in person. 9am-6pm. We will provide all PPE needed to safely work.
– Fluent english, writing and speaking. Secondary language is a plus
– Ability to up sell
– Ability to make a unhappy customer, very happy
– Detail oriented, we ship a lot of items per day and details are a must
– Ability to work across multiple teams (such as warehouse and fulfillment) and remote teams (across states, countries)
– Email, Live Chat, Phone Calls, Video calls, in person we do it all!
– Ability to train new employees
– Process oriented, very organized, can create manuals to teach others
– Values speed, we hop on issues fast and fix them
– Very Communicative, we don’t want someone who can’t respond to emails or texts in a timely fashion.
– Multi-tasking is a must, ability to handle 3-5 live chats at once while sending an email for example.
– We have multiple lines of businesses, so quick learner and ability to wear different hats is key.
Good person, kind hearted, knows how to execute and think for themselves. You’ll be thrown 2 feet into the ocean with a small floatie. We are here to help, but we love self-sufficient, independent people who figure things out.
