We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to assist our customers with technical problems when using our products and services. Customer Support Specialist responsibilities include resolving customer queries, recommending solutions and guiding product users through features and functionalities. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to earn our clients’ trust. You should also be familiar with help desk software. Ultimately, you will help establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent customer support during all sales and after-sales procedures.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer service, have a positive mindset and able to learn and grow successfully in an efficient amount of time.

We are seeking a talented and outgoing Customer Service, call center rep to join our online financial solutions team headquartered in Miami Florida. We invest heavily in training and multi-channel marketing and are committed to providing the absolute best training so that you can not only get paid a salary but bonuses as well! The position is to follow up with customers that signed up and explain how to use our platform as well as convert those quality leads into paying customers. You will also log into our support ticketing/chat system and answer customers with any questions that they may have.

Compensation

Base pay is $2000 a month PLUS bonuses… The average candidate will make 30-50k a year.
