We are seeking a full-time field technician to join our team. We are a dynamic service company that provides line stop and wet tapping services around the world. We are a growing, established company with great opportunities for the right candidate. With such specialized work, we will provide paid on-site training, but all candidates must have either a mechanical or construction background. A successful candidate will gain wide and varied experience and have great job satisfaction by being personally involved in solving seemingly impossible challenges and delivering innovative solutions. Minimum Requirements:
At least 21 years old
Mechanically inclined
Must be adaptive to change, as each day is entirely different.
CLEAN DRIVING RECORD and reliable transportation. NO EXCEPTIONS – WILL BE CHECKED
Must successfully pass background and drug screening.No felonies ever.
Open availability with ability to work nights and weekends when necessary and some overnight travel. Full time is guaranteed; overtime is usually required.
Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather, including extreme heat and cold.
Job requires standing, kneeling, lifting, pulling, squatting and walking.
Ability to lift and carry at 50-90 pounds individually, and up to 150 pounds with assistance.
A basic understanding of power tools and ability to accurately read a tape measure.
