We also pride ourselves on a having a strong beverage program. As far as coffee goes, we are serving Verve from California and pulling shots on a La Marzocco KB90. If that made you smile, send your resume!

Our baristas need to be knowledgeable, considerate, friendly, organized and have a willingness to work, learn and grow with us.

A firm understanding on how to dial in, proper extraction methods, and steaming to ultimately make a variety of espresso drinks as well as teas, chais, sodas, etc. That said, a passion for coffee, tea, baked goods, cafe culture, industry trends and a willingness to learn can also get you in the door.

A full understanding of our savory and baked goods menus and the ability to talk about and sell said items.

Maintain a sanitary, clean, inventoried, stocked, organized front of house and manage shift functions including opening/closing procedures.

Understanding of Square POS.

Ability to multitask and prioritize, work calmly and efficiently during rushes and keep yourself busy during the slower times of day.

Ability to work 6-8 hours on your feet as well as lift a variety of objects, boxes, etc. (for restocking or putting inventory away).

Must work well as part of a team and have excellent communication and organizational skills along with an attention to detail.

An eye for design and merchandising and/or a love for plants is a plus!
