Capriccio Pizzeria and Restaurant is looking to hire a Head Chef as we prepare to open our new Croton-on-Hudson, NY location. We are seeking a leader with strong communications skills to join our team. This would be a great opportunity to bring your creativity to our menu and dish presentations. You can put your imagination to work as we look to explore new menu options.

Capriccios has been a staple of Croton-on-Hudson, happily serving Italian cuisine to the community for over 35 years. We are looking to grow our team as we move to our new expanded storefront.

Responsibilities will include:
· Communication with management and front of house staff
· Ordering and receiving
· Give prepared plates the “final touch”
· Recommending new menu ideas
· Day to day management of culinary operations

Requirements:
· Proven working experience as a Head Chef
· Capable of delegating multiple tasks
· Communication and leadership skills
