Description

The Accounts Receivable Coordinator responsibilities include receiving customer payments, preparing bank deposits and breaking down payments for posting to customer accounts. It is a detail-intensive job that requires a high level of concentration. Additionally, the coordinator will assist the supervisor in any other tasks that need to be performed.

Applicants must be hard-working, detail-oriented, motivated team player, speak/write in English and Spanish, and proficient in Microsoft Excel. Prior knowledge in the industry is not required. Some bookkeeping or knowledge of accounting is helpful.

Hourly wage from $12.00 to $14.00/hour depending on experience and skills.
