You Will:
• Produce high volume, high quality food from menus.
• Various cooking duties – (grilling, preparing sauces, etc.)
• Maintain HACCAP procedures, sanitary regulations, etc.
• Maintain a safe work environment – prevent accidents to self/coworkers
You Have:
• 3+ years’ experience in a high volume food service with at least 1 year experience/exposure to menu research and development
• Able to work with others in a team.
• Reliable, quality conscious, safe worker
• Able to work under pressure in a face paced hot kitchen.
• Culinary knowledge of terms, procedures, and practices
• Flexibility to perform assigned tasks independently or as part of a team
• HACCP knowledge
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to deal with heavy workload
• Self-organized and capable to work independently as well as in a team
• Ability to accurately monitor wastage
• Flexibility (different shifts – night, weekends, holidays)
