Description

We are seeking a hands-on, energetic Front Desk Manager to oversee our Hotel located in New York City.

The Front Office Manager assists the General Manager in all hotel operations on a day-to-day basis and assuring optimum performance and continual improvement in all key performance areas. This position will be responsible for the effective and efficient operation of the hotel while achieving guest satisfaction and revenue goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

-Assure that all guests are satisfied with room accommodations and customer service.
-The Front Office Manager will be responsible for working various shifts at the front desk.
-The Front Office Manager will coordinate with House Keeping Department ensuring all Housekeeping operations are
conducted according to policies and procedures and brand standards.
-Translate concepts and ideas into workable actions with healthy but attainable goals.
-Need to maximize revenue by upselling rooms.
-Revenue management on a daily bases.

Qualifications and Requirements:

-Must have at least 2 years experience in the hotel Industry. Knowledge Of Opera and FSD is a plus.
-Willing to work some weekends and holidays.

Salary:$50K-$55K
