Job Description: Maintain contact with existing customers, identify their needs and enter orders in system so manufacturing can create the product.

Core Responsibilities:
• Fill out order form and enter orders into system accurately so the manufacturing and billing process will not have errors.
• Tracking of orders to ensure timely delivery of products to the clients.
• Work with sales, accounting, manufacturing and customer service to ensure client satisfaction and create a positive customer supplier relationship.
• Ability to solve day-to-day issues as problems arise.
• Other job duties and projects as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• Extremely detailed oriented and organized
• Must possess strong organizational, analytical and follow-through skills, multi-task and be able to handle detailed work
• Demonstrated knowledge of the customer service/sales process
• Self-directed, with ability to prioritize, handling numerous assignments simultaneously
• Excellent verbal, telephone and written communication skills and be customer service focused
• Allow for flexibility and change within the growing department
• A professional, positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Team player who will do what it takes to deliver on time, on budget and to the pleasure of your team and clients
• Excellent listening and feedback skills
• Exposure to manufacturing industry is a plus
• Advanced computer skills needed; expert in Excel a plus
• 3-4 years sales support or customer service experience preferred
