JOB DESCRIPTION
The successful candidate will need to perform general administrative and clerical duties including: maintaining files, data entry, bookkeeping-creating and tracking invoices, basic accounting work, proficient with Quick-Books, MS Office, Answering telephones, Paying bills.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
*Learn quickly and adapt well to new challenges.
*Detail Oriented- attention to details and accurate on task.
*Self starter-able to take initiative and complete task with minimal supervision.
*Works well in small office environment.
*Cooperative-willing to assist team members with various projects as needed.
*Punctual – must have own transportation.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
*Quality customer service
*MS Office (Word,Excel,Outlook)
*Organized/Attention to detail
*Typing/Data Entry, Email correspondence, Faxing, Filing, Ordering Office Supplies.
*Payroll
