Description

We are seeking an experienced Line Cook to become an integral part of our team! The ideal candidate is reliable and hardworking. This position provides the cook with the opportunity to rotate through and become proficient in multiple stations including saute, pasta-making, hot appetizers, and cold side station.

Shifts will be Tuesday-Saturday 3pm-close.

Responsibilities:

Stock and set up kitchen station
Process customer orders
Plate prepared foods based on chef’s guidance
Clean up station at the end of the shift
Follow established food safety guidelines, recipes, standards, and procedures
Maintain a clean and food-safe environment

Qualifications:

Proven cooking experience, including experience as a Line Cook, Restaurant Cook or Prep Cook
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to work precisely under pressure
Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
Fine dining experience is preferred, but not required
