We are currently hiring for 20 Customer Service Representative to work with our team on generating new leads to grow our client specific marketing campaign pipeline.
The ideal candidate would be familiar with lead generation process, business opportunities and unafraid to get on the phones, connect via email and network to build and qualify leads.

This role involves relationship building skills with people in our target market. You will work at the beginning stage of these relationships helps us to find and begin to serve new customers.

What will you do:

• Work together with a team to establish and share prospecting techniques.
• Generate; qualify leads and summarize an e-mail with specifics of the conversation.
• Cold call and email qualified prospects and build solid relationships.
• Understand our client needs and “pains” of our target market.
• Recognize buying signals and coordinate sales meetings.
• Capture information during a phone conversation into our database.
What qualifications will you need:

• Exceptional telephone skills and etiquette.
• Good communication skills and outstanding personality with great people skills.
• Ability to manage your time with good organizational skills.
• Cold call experience; marketing or sales experience.
• Preferred Bachelor’s or Associates degree in business or related experience.
• Key components maintain acceptable attendance.
