Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day culinary operations
Coordinate food and kitchenware orders
Check freshness and quality of ingredients
Assist in the development of menu items
Assis in the standardization of recipes and presentations
Assist in the development of off-premise event standards and guidelines
Qualifications:

5 years current/very recent experience in high end culinary operations
PLEASE, no chain experience unless it was prior to 2015 and you have been in high end operations since
Knowledge of cost and labor systems
PASSION for food and cooking techniques
Strong leadership qualities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to adapt to often changing situations

Must live within 25 miles
