Rosie Cannonball is looking for strong line cooks for lunch service and pizza cook for dinner

Our ideal candidate is a team player who displays a strong work ethic, is detail oriented, enjoys improving daily and team work, and has a deep respect for hospitality and the guest experience. Passion for food, beverage and hospitality is a must, as is a desire to lead by example. Ideal candidates have flexible schedules and will be asked to work nights, holidays and weekends.

Our ideal candidate will possess:

Pizza experience a plus
Minimum of 1 year kitchen experience in a full-service restaurant
Strong knowledge of kitchen operations including food production, line cooking, food safety, enjoys guest interactions, and thrives on providing hospitality
Knowledge of charcuterie production a plus
Strong communication and leadership skills
Honesty, organization, and an ownership-driven mentality with a hands-on attitude
Ability to work at least 40 hours a week on their feet and lift at least 40 lbs.
