Description

We are looking for a talented, mature, and experienced line cook for an upscale Italian restaurant. Our dishes are true to classic Roman cuisine and are an integral part of our well-established restaurant.

We are a family-owned and operated restaurant that has been proudly serving Orlando since 1980.
Shifts are typically Tuesday-Saturday for evening dinner service.

Responsibilities:
* Stock and set up kitchen station
* Process customer orders
* Plate prepared foods based on chef’s guidance
* Clean up station at the end of the shift
* Follow established food safety guidelines, recipes, standards, and procedures
* Maintain a clean and food-safe environment

Qualifications:
* Proven cooking experience, including experience as a Line Cook, Restaurant Cook or Prep Cook
* Ability to work in a team environment
* Ability to work precisely under pressure
* Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
* Fine dining experience is preferred, but not required
