New office in West Palm Beach is looking to fill multiple positions immediately. Open positions include closers, pre-qualifiers, verification specialists, customer service agents and recruiters. Whether you are on the sales team or administrative team you will earn a base salary + aggressive commission structure depending on your experience. Active health insurance license is a plus and you will earn even more. Licensed Insurance Agents will be responsible for speaking with leads over the phone, properly quoting and matching them with a vast array of products that we offer.
Pre-Qualifiers will assist our lead organizations and closers in vetting prospects, and sending them to a licensed agent for evaluation of all insurance options.
Trainees will be paid to study in our office for their licensing exam, all while seeing first-hand how the insurance industry works. The best part – we will pay for your courses, exam, carrier appointments and state licenses if you decide to pursue a life-changing career with us.
Verification Specialists will ensure the accuracy of the application, make sure every ‘t’ is crossed and every ‘i’ is dotted before submission to the carrier. Perform follow up calls to our existing client base and ensure their satisfaction with the insurance product they have purchased.
Customer Service Agents will take inbound calls from our existing clients, answer any questions they may have about providers, networks, office locations, etc… Our goal is to ensure every client has their needs and expectations met by our team of professionals.
