NOW HIRING CREW MEMBERS- FOH/BOH

McAlister’s Deli in is known for its sweet tea, sandwiches, salads, spuds, and soup! The company is also popular for its warm and efficient employees who are all the more ready to serve and help customers with their order. This is an ideal place to relax with family and friends.

We are looking for both back and front of house crew members (5 people in total).

We are looking to hire THIS WEEK!!

Hours are Monday through Sunday 10:30AM-8:30PM.We have many shifts available throughout this time. Prep person from 8:00AM-2:00PM. Our main shifts are 10-3/3-CL, but vary based on revenue.

Job Duties include (but are not limited to) the following:

FOH- Cashiers, running food, clearing the dining room tables, drink refills, and light side work.

BOH- Making sandwiches, preparing salads and spuds per order. Restocking stations, portioning meat, and light side work.

Requirements:
Must be able to build relationships with guests!

Create a positive guest experience … different and better than the competition.

Always welcoming, table touching, refilling, and thanking the guests.

Must be capable of making work a fun place to be

Qualifications:
Must have reliable transportation.

Ability to learn in all aspects of the restaurant FOH and BOH.

Able to work in a very fast paced environment.

Able to work nights weekends and holidays.
