Polished – casual – rustic – American restaurant opening late September. We are small all day cafe specializing in scratch made cooking, sourcing locally & ethically produced products and thoughtful presentations.

We are looking to build a crew based on mutual respect, hard work, attention to detail, team commitment, experience & resourcefulness.

We are currently hiring the following:

SERVERS proficient with full table service requirements including some barista work & bar experience. You must have your DOH certification.

LINE COOKS should be responsible, careful, fast, clean & capable of following detailed recipes and consistent plating requirements. You must have your DOH certification.

PREP COOKS must be detailed oriented, follow recipes consistently but not robotically, keep walk in & other product rotated & clean and ensure prep lists are completed in a timely fashion. this would be a daytime/early PM position – no late nights! You must have your DOH certification.

PORTER/DISHWASHER must be comfortable working solo while also completing scheduled tasks in a timely fashion, and is careful with heavy machinery as well as delicate glassware and plates.

We will be training starting around the 25th with an opening date a week after. We will be open for dinner and weekend brunch to start, after a few weeks we will add breakfast and lunch services.
