Highly Acclaimed Nobu Miami Beach Restaurant is currently looking to expand our Sushi Department Team. We are looking for reliable, hardworking and professional Candidates. All applicants must possess knowledge of restaurant kitchen procedures, basic knife skills and a solid understanding of food preparation and health code standards. Sushi Chefs prepare foods that meet current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations by following established policies and procedures and ensures that safe and high quality food service is provided at all times. He or she prepares all types of Japanese Cuisine and must have superior knife skills. Our Sushi Chefs create exciting visual presentations while positively interacting with customers.

We are currently looking to fill positions in our Sushi Department. Listed below are the current job openings and requirements.

-Sushi Chef
3+ year minimum experience as Sushi Chef
1+ year experience in an upscale, high volume environment is required.

Salary/Rate of Pay: Based on experience
