LA Crawfish- is seeking an experienced General and Kitchen Manager with a positive attitude, strong leadership skills and results-oriented. We work hard, we work as a team, and we have fun doing it! We are seeking leaders with a talent for serving and inspiring others.
Job Responsibilities:

Operational Checklists: Maintain current and accurate daily checklists for loading, offloading, site setup, shift operations, closing site. Develop additional checklists as needed.
Hiring: Hire, recruit and train new team members as necessary, and in compliance with LAC’s Hiring and Onboarding policy.
Weekly Staff Meeting: Prepare and communicate agenda each month in advance of the meeting.
Communication: Maintain thorough and efficient communication with LAC management as needed to maintain smooth operations and personnel management.
Operations Management:
*Oversee day-to-day shift operations of team members and sign off on completed checklist items.
*Ensure team members follow proper sanitation procedures for all stations.
*Ensure customer satisfaction and customer experience align with LAC Customer Service Expectations policy.
Employee Shift Schedule Management:
*Ensure team members are adequately trained and prepared ahead of shift.

*Maintain awareness and communication of team member availability

*Communicate all schedule changes with impacted team members via text, email and any other required means to ensure changes are understood and shift is adequately staffed.
Inventory: Utilize inventory system to efficiently maintain appropriate supply of food and nonfood inventory items. This includes coordinating with vendors and retailers.

Experience:
We are looking for friendly, energetic, hard working team players who want to grow with this company. Your responsibilities will include: ordering product, making schedules, retaining proper number of employees, hiring/firing employees, staffing shifts properly, training new team members, maintaining assistant managers and shift leaders, being 100% responsible for the restaurant at all times (even on days off and when crew and other mangers don’t show), controlling labor and food costs within given guidelines, completing admin paperwork and maintaining the internal culture of LAC that allows our company to thrive.

Qualifications:

Management experience in a high volume, quick service, or fast casual restaurant. Multi-location experience is a BONUS!
Food Manager Certificate and TABC
Excellent leadership, communication, and team building skills, positive attitude and outstanding work ethic
Must pass criminal background check
Must have stamina to work 50-60 hour work weeks
Dedication to providing exceptional customer service
Good communication skills, and strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
Exceptional team building capability
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 per year

Schedule:

Monday to Friday
Weekends
Experience:

Food Service: 5 years (Preferred)

License:
Food Safety Certification (Required)
TABC (Required)
