We are a group of franchised powersport dealerships in Metro Houston seeking a Sales Administrative Assistant/Accounting Clerk for our 59 Houston Area location to effectively handle a wide variety of responsibilities — from sales accounting, cash management, posting of accounts payable and running time cards for payroll.

Considering the variety of responsibilities, the successful candidate will have to have the ability to identify priorities and manage time to achieve those priorities

Minimum two years prior dealership experience with vehicle sales accounting (MSO files, titling, warranty registration)

Excellent Microsoft Office computer skills (Excel, Word)

Demonstrated proficiency in basic accounting concepts (college accounting courses preferred)
