This is an office assistant role that includes basic administrative roles. Some of your responsibilities will inlcude:
* Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
* Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.
* Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
* Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
* Developing resumes for clients
* Completing online applications
* Create and update records to tracker; ensuring accuracy and validity of information
* Schedule and plan meetings and appointments
* Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages
* Maintaining office equipment as needed.
* Copying, scanning, and filing documents.

Requirements
– Excellent time management skills
– Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, etc
– Detail Oriented: Bringing a high level of attention and accuracy to all aspects of work
– Motivated: Exhibits initiative, takes ownership of assignments
– Organized: Being able to quickly and easily find what is needed
– Must drive and have a drivers license
