Seeking a qualified, part-time, onsite or offsite Property Manager for a Manufactured and “Tiny” Home community in Moore Texas to join our TEAM!!

The candidate will oversee the day to day operations of the community and assist the offsite Business Manager and onsite maintenance personnel in ensuring a safe, clean and welcoming community.

If the onsite option is chosen then housing will be provided as part of manager’s compensation.

If decision is made to be offsite, then manager must live within 30 minutes of the Community.

Compensation is dependent on experience.

Roles and Responsibilities may include but not be limited to:
Interviewing and screening perspective residents
Facilitating the completion of applications and leases and providing to business manager as needed
Being accessible to and communicating with residents via phone, text, email and Facebook during set office hours and for emergencies
Showing Homes to perspective residents.
Assisting in the scheduling of maintenance requests.
Rent collection, tracking of rents and making deposits
Ensuring compliance with all community standards and rules
Working with maintenance personnel to ensure homes are “rent ready” in a timely manner
Assisting the Business Manager with marketing efforts to fill vacancies as quickly as possible
Address resident complaints and concerns
Serving Rule violation and eviction notices

Basic computer and technology knowledge
Good communication is a must
Strong customer service skills
Professional image
Works with integrity and honesty
Calm under pressure and is able to follow through on commitments
Strong work ethic –completes task in a timely manner, but with strong attention to detail
Proactive/takes initiative/self-motivated
Previous Property Management Experience and knowledge of Eviction process and TX Tenant/Landlord laws highly desired
Ability to drive a car with a valid TX driver’s license
Must speak,read and write in English. Bi-lingual in Spanish, is beneficial but not required.
